The world has 60 gods — 6 per culture across the 10 cultures. Each god has a domain, a unique gift, and one signature manifestation: a Tier-V Consecrated unit that appears on the battlefield only at the apex of devotion. The form is fixed by lore.

The three forms do three different things narratively:
A culture that has all-Avatars feels theocratic and distant. A culture that has all-Creatures feels primal and wild. A culture that has all-Blessings feels mortal and meritocratic. Mixing the three across a pantheon gives each culture a mythic texture rather than a uniform tone.
